Privacy Notice

This notice explains what personal information we collect when you use this website, book a consultation or use the client portal, and how we use it.

What we collect: your name, email, phone, company and the information you share about your business; booking and payment records (payment card details are handled by the payment provider, never stored by us); documents you upload; and basic technical information such as pages visited.

Email links: emails we send you may contain personalised links. When you click one, we record that the link was opened and which pages of this site you then visit, so we can follow up on your enquiry. We do not track you on other websites.

Website analytics: we measure visits with our own privacy-first analytics, not advertising trackers. If you accept cookies, a random first-party cookie lets us recognise return visits. If you do not (or your browser sends a Global Privacy Control / Do Not Track signal), visits are counted anonymously with no cookie, using a key that changes every day. We never store your IP address for analytics, and detailed visit data is deleted after about 13 months. Google Analytics, if enabled, loads only after you accept cookies. You can change your choice any time via “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page.

Why: to provide consultations, manage agreements and documents, send service emails, keep records required by law, and improve our services.

Sharing: only with service providers needed to run the service (hosting, email, payment, e-signature) and as required by law.

Your choices: you may ask to access, correct or delete your information by contacting us.
