These terms apply when you use this website, book a consultation, join a cohort or use the client portal of Praveen Basavaraj.

1. Services. Consultations, mentoring, cohorts and related services are advisory. Decisions you take on the basis of our advice remain your responsibility. We do not guarantee funding, investment, revenue or any particular business outcome.

2. Bookings. A booking is confirmed only after the fee is received (or, for free sessions, after we confirm it). Please join on time; sessions start and end at the booked time.

3. Fees and taxes. Fees are shown before you pay and include applicable taxes where stated. Online payments are processed by the payment provider; we never see or store your card details. Manual UPI payments are confirmed only after we verify the transaction.

4. Cancellations and refunds. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

5. Confidentiality. We treat what you share with us as confidential and use it only to provide our services. Where needed we sign a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement.

6. Your content. You keep ownership of ideas, documents and material you share. You confirm you have the right to share them.

7. Intellectual property. Our frameworks, templates, reports and website content remain ours; you may use material we give you for your own business only.

8. Acceptable use. Do not misuse the website or portal, attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours, or upload harmful files.

9. Liability. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the service concerned.

10. Privacy. How we handle personal information is explained in our Privacy Notice.

11. Changes. We may update these terms; the version published here applies from its date.

12. Law and jurisdiction. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
